The document is brief but goes on to say that the administrator, Greenberry Smith, is not indebted to Letitia Carson in an(y) sum of money whatsoever. Additionally, it states that Letitia Carson has not followed the proper steps to entitle her to bring suit vs the defendant. It is signed by John Kelsay in 1855.
