This is A.C.'s (Andrew Carson's) death certificate according to which he lived from Sept 15, 1849, to Sept 14, 1922. Adam or Andrew C. Carson was the son of Letitia and David Carson. He was born in September 1849 in Benton County, Oregon, and lived with Letitia in both her Benton and Douglas County homes. At some point his name became Andrew. He was employed as a freighter and a laborer. Adam/Andrew never married. He died in 1922 in Douglas County, Oregon, and is buried in the Stephens Cemetery (also called Bryant Cemetery) near Myrtle Creek, Oregon.
