This document was written by clerk THB Odeneal certifying that on October 25th, 1856 judgment was rendered in said action by a jury for the sum of $1200 damages in favor of Letitia Carson & against the Estate of said David Carson deceased besides the costs which amounted to the sum of $199.75 Judgment and costs amounting in all to the sum of $1399.75. It is then signed and dated by clerk THB Odeneal on December 2nd, 1856.
