This document was written by clerk THB Odeneal to S.B. Fargo, Sheriff of Benton County. Dated November 1st, 1856, it announces the results of Letitia's second lawsuit against Greenberry Smith saying, "on the 20th day of October A.D. 1856, Judgment was rendered against Greenberry Smith, administrator of the Estate of David Carson, deceased, at the suit of Lutisha Carson for the sum of Twelve hundred dollars and costs of suit taxed at one hundred and ninety-three dollars and five cents: the Judgment Roll being on file in my office." It continues on to command that the payment be completed.
