This document begins Letitia's testimony during her second lawsuit against Greenberry Smith. On this first page, her testimony reasserts that Greenberry took twenty-nine head of cattle consisting of cows, heifers, steers, &amp; calves of the value of twelve hundred dollars and sold them as property belonging to the Estate of the said, David Carson.
