Title
1900s c. Baker and Moore Children at the Soap Creek Valley School House
Description
This early 1900s photograph shows students from the Moore and Baker families in the Soap Creek Valley School House. The image is from a collection of images scanned in from 4"x5" glass plate negatives that were donated to the Soap Creek Valley schoolhouse in 1980 accompanied with handwritten notes by Myra Moore Lauridsen. The images seem to be from around the early 1900s. According to Myra, this is an image of “Mable & Verna Baker & Myra and Iva Moore dressed to represent the seasons or something equally exciting in the old School House.”
