Old Pacific Highway bridge at Myrtle Creek, Or. The view looks northeast and lower right of the image shows the Southern Pacific steel bridge across the South Umpqua River at Myrtle Creek, looking northeast. It was built in 1906 to replace a partially covered trestle that was built in 1890 to replace the original trestle that was washed out in the 1890 flood.
