1993 Platte County Missouri Records 1839-1849

This document consists of four pages excerpted from a larger document titled "Platte County Missouri Records 1839-1849, 1840 Federal Census, Sale of sixteenth Section, 1842 Land Records, and Tax Lists of 1839, 1847, and 1849.” It was transcribed by Betty Runner Murray and published by the Platte County Historical Society in 1993. The first page is a scan of the title page of the booklet. The second page includes other titles published by the Platte County Historical Society pertaining to the federal census as well as the Library of Congress Catalog Card Number. The third page includes the 1839 tax list, which lists David Carson under the C section. This is proof of him living in Platte County in 1839. The fourth page is a map of Township no 52 North of Range 35 West where David Carson lived.
