This document is from a series of Missouri court cases concerning David Carson during his time in Platte County, Missouri. It reads, “Saturday, October 21st 1843, David Carson vs Execution William N Spratt et al And now here it is considered that the plaintiff recover against Andrew J Welch a garnishee issue noted herein the same of thirty two dollars and thirty three cents upon the admissions contained in the answer of said Welch filed herein that he have Execution therefore. Ordered all cases motions and other business pending at this time and not otherwise disposed of be continued to the text term of this Court. Ordered that Court adjourn until Court in course.”
