On the right is Dr. Lauren Gwin Associate Director at the Center for Small Farms & Community Food Systems and Extension Community Food Systems Specialist, Associate Professor in the Crop and Soil Science Department at Oregon State University.

From a series of photos taken by Barbara Forrest-Ball at the Letitia Carson Legacy Project Juneteenth Event in Corvallis, Oregon on the land owned by Letitia and David prior to his death and Greenberry Smith's ownership as the administrator of Carson's estate. The Juneteenth event was held on June 18th, 2022 at the site of the former Carson homestead, Soap Creek Valley, Benton County, OR.
