Description
This document is a bill, charging David Carson's estate for medical care and medicine he received prior to his death. Dated January 10th, 1893, this bill notes medicines and attendance are given to David Carson on September 20th, 21st, and 22nd in 1852 at doctor S.A. Smith's office in Albany, Oregon. The bill totals $50, ten of which were later deducted bringing the entire total to $40. The document is signed by both James P. Miller clerk of the District Court of the U.S. in & for Linn County in Oregon Territory and doctor S.A. Smith.
